Freckles and Peewee fix a 3,000 year old statue with gum and Mrs. Rich makes a fetching football player!

Today’s story posting was inspired by one of our fan club members, Daniel, who wanted to know which story included Gloria playing football. Unfortunately, that one is not ringing a bell for me, but I have sent notes out to preeminent Richiephiles who may know, or if you know, do comment below!

I did remember this fun story where Regina dons her little designer American football outfit. Which has a helmet, but no padding so I hope no one tackles her! Enjoy!

I love when she plays with Richie instead of being jewelry obsessed all day! What did you think?

  1. What issue shows that?

  2. The above story of Mrs. Rich playing football is from Bank Book #6. 🙂

  3. So has your friend find any luck so far?

  4. I’m sorry for pushing you but I just saw it on tvtropes. Maybe if you show the link, then they will understand better.

    • I see the tv tropes link above, is that what you mean? I really think whoever wrote that might have gotten confused, I really have no recollection of Gloria playing boy sports. Maybe they were thinking Betty from Archie, she played football and fixed motorcycles, etc.

  5. Looks like Pals and Gals #52 is a winner!

Believe it or not, Richie is actually a member of his school football team.

I just hope Mrs Rich didn’t get too angry when she learned the truth.
